With over 3,400 Confraternities chartered with the Archconfraternity in Pittsburgh, it is nearly impossible to keep an accurate listing of active and inactive Confraternities available to the public.  Below you will find the Confraternities as of August 2023.  Old Confraternities are being re-activated often and established Confraternities sometimes disband, so contact the parish directly to inquire.  The Christian Mothers Office is happy to assist you with the most up-to-date information we have available.
